Now use the LAYER LIST to move layer 3 beneath/behind layer 2 for a perfect yellow halo! Pic1.bmp (2986038 bytes)

It’s good but we’re not done yet. The final step is to copy the layer called "GLOW" (from the LAYER menu click COPY LAYER) then click GEOMETRY, EDIT and choose bright green before clicking FINISH EDIT to change the yellow object to green. Next click MASK, EDIT and go to the EFFECTS tab to increase the value for the blur to be 50. Move this layer beneath/behind the previous glow layer for a really impressive yellow glow which decays to a truly ghoulish green.

Having finished the design we can now set the sequence to render the output bitmaps using the ROTOSCOPE toolbar controls.

Additionally, and most usefully, a CVS file can also be saved which offers infinite undo/redo for future editing and now, with Satori v 2.28 and above, this CVS file can be instantly applied as a CanvasFX (native Satori resolution independent plug-in) to any future project - allowing the user to apply the effect to a totally different clip/source.
